What is EMDR?

An evidenced based, eight phase protocol designed to resolve distress associated with past disturbing memories, present triggers, current symptoms and to develop helpful future responses. 

EMDR uses a combination of dual attention / bilateral eye stimulation, nervous system regulation skills and cognitive techniques.
