Hi there and welcome. If you are curious about my experience and qualifications, a snapshot is provided below:

I am a clinical psychologist and EMDR therapist based on the Coffs Coast of NSW, Australia. As a registered clinical psychologist with an area of practice endorsement (AOPE), I hold current registration with AHPRA (PSY0002093970).

I work with emergency personnel / first responders (Police, Fire and Rescue, Ambulance) who experience occupational hazards including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Acute Stress Disorder and Burnout.

The modalities that I commonly use in therapy include Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), TF-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I work with every client from a human centred, trauma informed and compassion focused perspective.
